North America Land Company is a Texas corporation established in 1990 for the purpose of developing real estate. North America Land Company has developed retail shopping centers as well as office building. It has also developed over 3,500 single family home sites in more than 18 communities throughout the Dallas Metroplex.
Past Devopements
Some of our most recent residential developments are The Manors at Valley Ranch and The Manors at Vista Ridge; both award winning townhome communities. North America Land Company, in conjunction with Worthington Builders, has also built luxury custom homes in several different communities in Lewisville, Texas & Southlake, Texas. These completed communities in Southlake are Napa Valley Estates Phase I, Napa Valley Estates Phase II, Evergreen Estates and Lakes on Dove.
